Located close to the heart of town and 2 km from the spa center, our accommodation is appreciated for its location and comfort.
Small residence of 12 homes, located on 2000 m2 fully enclosed and secured by an automatic gate. Parking for residents.
This housing of more than 41 m2 air-conditioned, benefits from a big terrace full south of
37 m2 furnished with garden furniture and chairs. He owns :
 - a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 150x200) for 2 people, a flat screen TV 82 cm and reversible air conditioning
 - a kitchen area, equipped with: oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils -
 - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed equipped with quality French bedding (Duvivier brand); a 82 cm flat screen TV and an open dressing room.
- 1 bathroom with a vanity unit two drawers / WC

We offer you as an option:
- The Pack linen (bed made on your arrival, towels and tea towels): 35 € / person

A deposit of 200 € will be required upon your arrival either by check not cashed or bank card not debited and will be returned after the inventory of places of exit.
