This little cabin was the perfect fit for two families who were traveling to participate in the Smokey mountain National Softball Tournament. The beds were very relaxing after a long day on the fields!! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Thanks Juan and Emily for a great little place to lay our heads!

An excellent "home away from home". We had everything we needed plus a whole lot more! We enjoyed the cabin like atmosphere, especially the grands! All the little extra "tech" items were a great addition! It was great to have to Alexia there to play our music of choice in the background while cooking meals. Plenty of cook ware and dishes to choose from. The home was in immaculate condition and the beds were heavenly! A wonderful week with our family. Thank you!Wanda B, from NC

Beyond impressed! An actual fully stocked kitchen like you’d have at home, heated toilet seats, and 3 adjustable beds!! Living room furniture all electronically recline, super clean, a high end appliances… espresso machine with coffee bean grinder, keurig, kitchenaide mixer, etc. Exceptional for vacation rentals in the Johnson City area and way better than a hotel. You can make any family meals here, enjoy the fenced yard, fire pit and spring blooms. Host was very quick to respond, and we loved our stay here!

Was a little surprised to find out the hosts were on site. They didn’t disclose that on the booking or during communications. Hard to relax when you know their “ apartment” is in their garage that is attached to the home. If you don’t mind that the place was clean and the beds were comfortable.
