location great...HBK property managers not so great.

Property management unprofessional. Rented a Villa that was clearly in need of repairs. Overpriced for what it was. AC unit not working, (as a result had to sleep on the floor in another room for a few nights) serious electrical problems, leaking water over tile had to mop everyday as was a slip hazard. Taped on shower curtain that fell off and no shower curtain on other , half used toiletries left in bathrooms . Appliances were broken. Big holes in screens. Unit was dirty, mouldy. The first week was consumed with emails on repairs to Villa and property managers coming in as they pleased. Also technicians coming in to repair issues. The technicians didn't clean up after repairs. Housekeeping was offered after we cleaned up all the messes. Fair compensation wasn't given and communication was ignored by HBK management. Not a good experience at this villa. It's unfortunate that the villa wasn't checked before renting as the location is beautiful.
