Recepção ruim com ar condicionado defeito

A recepção de um idoso impaciente, dando informações equivocadas, o quarto com ar condicionado defeito, com isso não pude ter descanso com o mínimo de conforto… o recepcionista da tarde e noite. Não importou-se com a reclamação do ar com defeito, porém passei a informação a outro recepcionista quando deixei o hotel

Atendimento pessimo e grosseiro, quarto fedendo mofo, cama dura, ar condicionado velho, tv que nao funciona a net, wifi que nao funciona, cafe da manha ruim, alimentos secos e sem gosto, sem variedade... nada positivo nesse hotel, so nao cancelei porque COMPREI PELO APLICATIVO e so poderia cancelar UM DIA ANTES, cheguei no hotel me sentindo num presidio

A estadia é boa e o atendimento também! De modo geral é confortável, pelo valor da diária o café da manhã é muito bom. Um excelente custo benefício! A observação negativa é o barulho da rua, acredito que as paredes não tem isolamento acústico suficiente, mas não chegou a me incomodar ao dormir. O wi-fi é bem lento.

O hotel é bom. Roupas de cama limpas e com cheiro agradável. Mas a acessibilidade é péssima. Alem das escadas por todo lado, há degraus minúsculos onde tropeçamos o tempo todo. O estacionamento fica no espaço aberto e os quartos ao redor, um barulho só. Não há controle de horário. Ninguém respeita o silêncio após as 22h. Fiquei hospedada por 1 noite por questão de trabalho e estudo, consegui dormir 3h. Na escolha do meu quarto pelo site aparecia um quarto com cama de casal, fiquei hospedada num quarto com 3 camas de solteiro. Pra mim NÃO foi problema. Mas acredito que pros quartos ao lado e no andar superior foi, pois passaram até as 2h da madrugada arrastando as camas e fazendo mudanças nos quartos. Em pleno curso de Análise de Crédito num fim de semana, sem dormir direito, fiquei ainda mais indignada ao ver bebida alcóolica no frigobar do quarto, com um monte de jovens e adolescentes hospedados, que ja chegavam alcoolizados após a meia noite e ainda continuavam bebendo nos quartos.
