Atendimento muito demorado para realização do check-in. Fiquei parado por 2 horas na frente do apartamento esperando alguem me atender via canal de comunicação indicado. O apartamento estava péssimo em relação a limpeza. E estadias mais longas, como foi meu caso, seria bom ter mais toalhas, sabonetes e etc. Outro ponto importante: O CHUVEIRO NAO ESQUENTA, TOMEI VARIOS BANHOS GELADOS.

Potencial que precisa ser melhor utilizado.

Prós: Fácil comunicação com o responsável e check-in simples. Vaga na garagem fácil de estacionar. Contras: Pouquissímos utensílios e acessórios para cozinhar. Apenas uma panela que estava com o fundo queimado. Nenhum tempero/condimento disponível. Uma das duas cadeiras estava quebrada. Cozinha não tem coifa/depurador, como o ambiente é integrado, o cheiro e a fumaça se espalham facilmente. O apto poderia ter melhor manutenção e seria uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Joinville, infelizmente o potencial que ele tem não é explorado.
