The room we checked in was very dirty and not well maintained. The lights were not working, the aircon was weak, the drainage in the bathroom was poor. Further, many stains can be seen on surfaces and hotel robes. Overall quite a disappointing experience and would not come back again.

Love the view of the river and the mall (mid valley south key). Problem is the traffic flow and why the double or triple humps on the road. Need to redesign the road to split between grab drivers and shoppers who are driving, and to split between the mall’s north southeast west entrance and the hotel.
