The hotel's prime location, directly linked to Southkey Mall, makes it a shopper's paradise. The ease of access to a variety of dining options.The room is very clean& quiet. Breakfast buffet spread has a very decent selection of hot food and classic dishes. Overall we had a great stay in this hotel.

Clean & quiet with TV and aircon all working well. Requiring to use card access room floor gives security. Breakfast spread very good and delicious. Nice to have delicious dim sum. Different variety of coffee. Teh tarik is super sweet. Causeway Cafe needs to reduce the sugar level by a lot! Providing customers with the "Occupied" standees to put on their tables allow customers to be sure they did not lose their tables while they go and get their food. Staff service is polite and cheerful. The link to a big, modern and clean shopping mall with great variety of fantastic tenants is a big plus.

Clean & quiet with TV and aircon all working very well. Like the using the keycard pad to get access to my floor which gives a sense of security. Breakfast buffet has enough variety, delicious and great choice of coffee. Unfortunately the teh tarik is way too sweet. Please reduce that level of sugar. Loved the addition of dim sum and the 'occupied' sign we were given to indicate that the table was taken. Efficiency in churning out the sunny side eggs kept the queue short. Staff service is polite and cheerful. The link to a big, modern and clean shopping mall with fantastic variety of tenants is a big plus.
