was there for 5 days. food at the restaurant was pretty good. rooms were not the cleanest but they were acceptable. room service was slow and if you order late at night, they tend to not come back with the change. you would have to either call them again or got to the counter in the morning for it.
Arrived late afternoon with family. Check in was quite fast and were pleasantly surprised when we opened the room door. We were greeted by a little tv area with settee and a dry kitchen to the left. Further in is the bedroom and the powder room and shower room. Resort staffs were friendly and were fast to act on requests too. This resort has a golf course and most guests are golfers. It is near the Johor Premium Outlet (JPO) and I highly recommend to stay here for those who wants to visit JPO coz its only 10 minutes away. Moreover the resort provides free shuttle to JPO for those who don’t feel like driving there. However it was only limited to 10 guests per day. Not sure why such low limitation. For kids...there was a tee club for them to have their own activities, both indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return for a longer stay in future. Great for family getaways and holiday!
I stayed in Pulai spring 3days2night with my family. We have 4bedroom suite and added 1extra bed from 27-29Oct2017. The room space is fine for 5 person. I stayed in room 04-42. The first day I check in, the floor is not clean. My feet turn black as I walk around checking the room condition. The tub water pressure in one of room is low and 1 toilet bowl can not flush properly. The electric iron and iron board were dirty. It even leave some stain on my white color shirt. This makes me drop the review point a little bit. However, The room service and maintenance crews were very responsive to my call, the "situations" were solved within 1hours. The food at cafeteria (Cinta Terrace) was not up to my expectation. The quality of breakfast was at two star and below. I can get better breakfast set at McDonald's. One thing I appreciate most is the staff service. The staffs always smile and keep clearing the plates. The golf course is well maintained, although I didn't use the golf facilities. The outdoor facilities likes the swimming pools are clean. The venue is good for photography too. The cost for the room is a little expensive compared to my experience, it cost me RM1k++ including tax.
Unbelievable experience in this hotel: 1. Iron with black stain dirty my business shirt. Called housekeeping. Brought another iron of equally old. 2. Change room twice (239 and 731). First room facing water foundation shooting out from Wall. Woke up by the loud pump and gushing water at 6am. Change to 2nd room only to discover faulty Aircond. Sleeping room has only one table lamp. Really dim and spooky. 3. If you find that shower heater not working, chances are the heater switch which has no label on, is not on. Overall an unbelievable experience.
your staff are all amazing, extremely helpful and friendly..the room, pools, food and facilities are excellent. i have nothing to fault. pleasant environment for my family..perfect place to joy and fun.my favourite hotel in jb.
Room is spacious(3 bedroom suite#614). Nearby food stall/hawker, shopping mall. Would recommend to drive/rent a car or uber for own convenience. Breakfast is okay too. Cleanliness of the room is ok. But some fixing needs to be done for toilet seats, lightings. Overall experience was great. My mum and dad enjoyed their stay. Swimming pool was awesome. Staffs were helpful except one of them, named abu daud. Im not sure if he is a new staff or such. He accused my brother for complaining to the management regarding his behaviour which we actually DID NOT. It started like this, We went to the pool after breakfast. Then the rain started pouring heavily. So he approached my brother and told him to call up the rest of the guest who is still sheltering around the pool area just because he didnt want to get wet. But my brother refused because none of them is our family member and we have no right to do that. But unfortunately, the other guests weren't happy about it when my mum politely assist him in calling those guests. But we simply brush it off after that. Later that evening we went to the recreational centre to play carom and snooker. We approached abu daud at the counter to make payment for the games, but was rudely confronted. we made it clear to him that we didnt make any complains despite helping him. Even if we really made a complain, he should handle it professionally and should not confront any of the guest. He doesn't have the right to do that. SO disappointing & ruin our night.
We stayed at a 2BR suite for 1 night at Pulai Springs, for a golfing weekend. The golf course (Pulai Springs) is good and not too busy, suitable for families with children starting to play. However, we can't recommend anything else about the hotel, apart from the space. We paid a reasonable price for a 2BR suite and therefore didn't expect too much, however the quality of hotel service still disappointed us. Many things didn't work: lunch order at Terrace café got stuck at kitchen and 2/3 of our food order did not arrive; Malaysian a-la-cart foods were very good when they came, but children's meals were very unhealthy (heavily battered deep fry); quality of dinner and breakfast was low (quite unhealthy), room keycards did not work at various times and hotel staff kept blaming us of putting them near our phones (we are actually quite experienced and did not do that); housekeeping undertook to re-clean our floor and forgot to come for over a hour until we had to call again. Nothing seemed to work well although the staff did try and were generally smiling. It seemed to us that there isn't a good strong management team or operating procedures which are essential to hotel operations.
We travelled over to attend a wedding in this establishment. Extended for a night to catch up with friends. The rooms to be honest is clean & very spacious. Like the ensuite bathroom for both the room! And the living room was in between the 2 rooms so we did have privacy. Before that, we have seen bad reviews of the cleanliness. We did a check once we check-in and was pleased with it (it was a 2 bedroom suite). Unfortunately, air-con in the living room was leaking on the second night! And one of the bedroom air-con wasn't working too much (was kind of warm). We went to the gym (very spacious and rather equipped), Jacuzzi & loved it! Breakfast was average. Ordered room service - prawn hor fun & nasi lemak (didn't like the hor fun at all. So would suggest to go for nasi lemak - safer choice). Overall, the stay was okay. Would have been fantastic without the air-con problem!
stayed 2 nights for business appointment. the studio suite was spacious but was not that clean , looked old and moldy. the floor was dusty. the wood furniture in the room looked old and chipped. the bed was not comfortable, the pillows were very very soft, and smelly. swimming pool and breakfast spread were the only things that we appreciated. refurbishment is highly required.
Had booked two 4-bedrooms unit. spacious, clean, well equipped, hassle free check in, activities are good, swimming pools are good. rather inconvenient if you are to go for supper/buying some tidbits/snacks for late night as it is 5 mins drive from nearest 7 e. will go again.
