This was our second time saying at this property. We enjoy several things including the location, the remarkable communication with the owner and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The beds are great, the living area could use more comfortable accommodations, but it certainly is not a deal breaker for future stays.

Can’t wait to stay there agian

This is a great and very cute place to stay! Near lots to do. Clean and easy to communicate with host. Although we didn’t use any outside amenities because it was rainy and cold…it’s huge and cute place to hang outside and enjoy yourself.

Stayed in Johnson City for a quick cousins trip to Fredericksburg. House was clean and nicely furnished. Property manager was quick to respond and provided very detailed instructions including easy and clear local navigation to the house. Would definitely stay again.

Above and Beyond!

This property is the absolute best. Finding it was like striking gold. Property was like new; incredibly clean and organized. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for a family with adult children. The outdoor area with mosquito netting, the coffee machine with coffee pods included, fully equipped kitchen, extra towels, toiletries well stocked, blankets, board games; everything was above and beyond our expectations. The city is small and charming and very walkable. Johnson City is centrally located to plenty of lake/river areas, state parks, and other tourist destinations like Fredericksburg. Hosts were delightfully communicative and accommodating; good, kind people. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
