One of only eleven exclusive furnished boathouses, "The Sanderling" is designed for romantic escapes or as your perfect base for authentic Lowcountry adventures. It features a convenient kitchenette with a Keurig-style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, and a mini-fridge. Relax in the inviting king bed and enjoy the walk-in shower with a tub. Your private outdoor porch offers a perfect vantage point for breathtaking coastal views. An outdoor shower is available in the garage, though an in-unit washer/dryer is not provided. (Kindly note, this 2nd-floor property is accessed via 16 steps.)

-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Beyond Perfect!

This property was spectacular! Water views from every angle, too! I really could go on and on all day about how amazing this place is, so here are a few highlights: the neighborhood is super high end and quiet; pool and amenities are superb and the setting of the spring house near the water is just gorgeous; pool staff is top notch, and extremely attentive; the bathtub in the bungalow is pure luxury; bed was so comfy that I have not slept this well in so so long; the trails are paved and make for the most lovely bike ride; the farm and animals were beautiful to see along the way…this entire vacation was perfection! Wow! This vacation was a splurge for us after a very stressful year, and it delivered on all that we hoped it would be, and then some!
