Comfortably modern, waterfront home with expansive views of the Abbapoola Creek. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Kiawah Island, 15minutes from your door to the beach, 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, 30 minutes to CHS International Airport, and about 5 minutes to JZI Executive Airport.

Home is unassumably located on a short dirt/gravel road with plenty of character and southern charm. The Outer Banks films a few doors down each year and sets up base camp less than a mile away if you're into celebrity sightings! Aside from Kiawah Island, there are many recreational activities to undertake and sights to see within just a few miles. From Mullet Hall to Trophy Lakes or the Angel Oak, and Cherry Point to the Vineyards on neighboring Wadmalaw Island.

Our home is new to VRBO, but we are not new to hosting friends and family together. We want your experience to feel like you're coming to your own home away from home. Our philosophy is to provide everything you'd need to prepare a meal, take care of your kids, and enjoy yourselves without the regret of forgetting ketchup, bread crumbs, and the like. We encourage you to consume what you need, but take care and appreciate our home as you would your own and pay forward items the next guest may need. Please, let us know too, if anything needs replenishing or if we can do anything to make the experience better! Idyllic stay on Johns Island

The house was great and everything in order, as promised.  It has a great view and just a nice ambiance to relax.  We were in town for a wedding just around the corner, so the location was perfect.  Being able to visit with the dog clinched the deal. We could not have asked for anything more.

Peaceful, Stunning, Modern Home Great Place!!

Brandon and his wife are great people who have a beautiful home. The backyard is stunning and extremely peaceful. The home is very modern and has amazing features especially the bathroom in the master! The two upstairs bedrooms are great for children or any guests. He has great entertainment as well with the two tvs one in the living room and one in the outside deck area. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking you will love it just as me and my guests did! Thank you Brandon!
