On arrival we stayed in the Magnolia room. We enjoyed the room but on arrival we found that our room was the only room without electricity. So the fridge was hot. We slept there for two nights on the second night the units electricity went off again on looking outside our unit was the only one without electricity. Left the next morning at 6 so we had to shower and leave and do all in the dark. No complaints other than the electricity

Romantic stay to soften your Business Trip!

This is the most amazing place! I love the detail and feel of the guesthouse. The privacy of the room and the stoep area was lovely- I stayed in Lily Room. The others also seem beautiful. Breakfast was served with the same attention to detail and so affordable. I will recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the friendliness of the staff as well!

Very comforatble

I was a great accommodation with very friendly staff. The was just a bit of a mix up with regards to breakfast being included. Hotels.com said it was included, however, their systems showed that we selected self catering.

Lovely guest house

Very comfortable room and friendly service... The only issue we had was that we were informed that our booking did not include breakfast (where the confirmation said free breakfast) however, this was sorted out promptly and professionally so we could enjoy the rest of our stay! Thank you Waterhouse for a wonderful weeks stay.
