RED FLAG, RED FLAG, RED FLAG This property is a scam. Never ever try to book for this property. Two hours before check in is when they let us know that the place is not available. They took my money. I was told to contact Phillip regarding this issue. When I contacted Phillip he was denying saying he is not the one who posted that the apartment is not available. I asked him about the money and he even deny saying that they did not take the money. However, the property did take the money and they have to refund the money. Vrbo is following up with the refund of the money or otherwise it will be a legal issue. This property is a BIG BIG BIG SCAM.
