Everything was excellent except the cleanness of the toilets. The room was quite good and clean, bedding was well done and the meal was perfect, i slept peaceful, no noise even the location is quite cool not noisy.

A very reputable hotel and good facilities. close to most places of fun and transport is also closer to the venue. Just wish we can stay the entire day if we book in the early hours of the morning like I did.

Excellent service, well mannered, very helpful and friendly staff from top to bottom including drivers and security personnel. Rooms are very neat and the location is well located. However, I was disappointed by some guests who are a bit too rude to the cleaning staff when knocking on their doors for housekeeping. Something has to be done to deal with such ill mannered quests. I experienced this personally and I felt so sorry for the housekeeping lady. But, keep up the good work of excellent service! Best Regards Olivia from Windhoek - Namibia

service was good the rooms were cleaned, it was easy to locate via phone navigator and the food were great. the parking is very small but the security were the to assist with the packing thanks very much lady security for helping out with the packing.

I stayed here for 2 weeks, and my experience was more bad than good. The GOOD : The location is not the safest in Pretoria, however the hotel is gated and has a security officer every time we came in. For an Old Hotel it is clean. They have taxi driver that drops u in the hotel basement carpark which is safe. Some of which are very nice. They have self service ironing facility. The workers were very nice. The BAD; Be sure not to pay for your entire stay as there is no refund. The standard room was extremely small. (i do not recommend 2 ppl) The breakfast was basically the same menu every day with few things changing for say 3 days and then it goes back to the same routine again. in your room you could hear each time a guest walks by/talks in the corridor outside. In your room you could hear the TV in the guest room next door. The hotel taxi is extremely expensive. Example To go to menlyn mall they charge Rand150 single trip, compared Uber Rand50-60 They dont allow uber to park next to hotel not giving guest the choice to choose. Once a taxi driver told me to go stand away from the hotel and i quote "go there where u will get attack by gangs" very unprofessional.

Hotel224 is a hidden gem in the heart of Pretoria. The service is of top excellence. Well organised, clean and neat facilities. I am impressed. A great thanks to Dinah for het amazing and professional service at the lunch station.

I had a wonderful stay in 3 years since I started booking on this hotel on the apartment rooms from the 15th until the 18th. I have one problem, though the rooms may look need and clean from face value it is however concerning when you pay attention to details as one found surprising loose hair on the floor. That is when I booked back at 1406, the room is okay but detailed cleaning is lacking. My submission is that floor supervision is needed to assess and exclaim without fear of favor.

The rooms are clean i must say and also the hotel is safe and clean. I really loved the stuff even though there was some issues with hot water but everything was good. I recommend people to go there it will be a good value to for ur money.

The hotel was accommodating all our needs, big self catering family room, good food, friendly people, going the extra mile, The only people letting down the service of the hotel is the transport people of the hotel, never pitch up to collect me at he Gautrain station the 1st time and the second time 45 minutes late.

Service was excellent wishes to visit again next time.I always talk to my friends about the place. Security was tight and strictly . Shops and banks are not far we even attend soccer game at Loftus by feet because is not far
