hotel was ok just the atmosphere in the area was very tromatising.hotel could not be able to assist me with the early transport as i have it requested.had to walk a long way and got stranded, due to the hotel transport of which it was going to be available after 8;00 in the morning.as i was mearnt to be by the train station for 5;30.that was the thing that made me uncomfortable and unsafe,i wish the hotel could assist me from when i arrived becauce having to use those violence cabs was unsafe and puting my life in to risk.otherwise i have been there in the hotel for more that three times and i am still coming again for the fourth time and i hope that i will be more looked after/hoping to see the area a bit more safer than lastweek
Overall, I’d say this is a really nice hotel. The staff really took good care of whatever me and my friends needed when we stayed there, and the rooms were nice. Well, the rooms were a little bit small to share with another person like we were doing, and the breakfast was way overpriced, otherwise everything was pretty nice. I’d say it was good for the price we paid, and they did actually end up giving us a better rate as we continue to add on more and more nights, which was even better than the Internet rate that we started with. Great location in town, everything I needed around accessible on foot and otherwise was ideal for the area we needed to be in.
I would not recommend it for couples as the rooms are very small and the bathroom is very cramped. On day of check out there was no hot water. The staff was friendly though & hotel location is convenient.
I stayed here for 7days and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. There was maximum security and the staffs were friendly and helpful. There was free shuttle to anywhere around Pretoria. I would stay here over and over again.
It's okay but they need to up their game. I can't be the one who is asking about service rooms. They should tell me. Small rooms can't bearly move. Bathroom way small. Room service should have trays. Most times couples come visit and they wanna sit in a table together.
This relationship started back in 2008 where I used the conference venues for workshops and classes. Since then it has been a journey where we could exchange challenges from both a service delivery and receiving point. I run away to Hotel 224 when I just want time out. I love relaxing at the bar, both inside and outside, room service is divine. The food is always good and the reception is always outstanding.
1. Only the small rooms matters. 2.Put Iron and Ironing Board in each passage. 3.Put Microwave in rooms etc or authority to use it after hours if not eating at the Hotel,If arriving after hours, the need to eat is there.
Excellent service, friendly staff, and also the cleaning service are on point. I have enjoyed the gym facilities which is my most highlight of the hotel. the outside bar that is a WOW and a very cosy spot
Stayed for 1 night, service was good. Comfortable bed. Although I booked the the Deluxe room, I still felt that room was small, especially the bathroom, the basin was a bit too small. On the plus side it was clean and cosy.
The hotel is Ok for a night sleep. A lot still need to be done especially the other building of the family units or bachelors. The parking space of the reception building is too small is not easy to park
