The reception staff were very friendly and helpful if I needed anything. The breakfast staff in the breakfast bar are the best, they were always around assisting if I needed anything. The housekeeping ladies are amazing, very friendly and accommodating of requests. They worked long hours but always kept a smile. The room was always cleaned.

There were multiple things that resulted in the dissatisfaction: - Had multiple issues with the water and bath. Bath water accumulated and was not draining. - No hot water. - Thermostat not working. - Safe not working. The surprising part was the service and attitude of the front office staff. Initially we were asked why we didn’t report the issues sooner instead of after 3 hours post check-in. Also there was no remedy of the issues for around 10 hours until the next morning. The bright spot was the interaction with the staff who came to fix. Real nice, good communication, and thorough in the work. Overall - quite a sub standard quality with many issues. And front office staff as well as breakfast staff is rude and horrible attitude.

Customer service was great. Free printing and scanning at the oddest of hours was a cut above the rest in meeting customer needs. Friendly and courteous staff. Good meals. Minor suggestion. The square pin socket behind the couch in the room was unreachable but needed. Consider making the couch moveable or making the socket available elsehwere in the room (I forgot to bring an adapter so I couldn't use the round hole sockets

Terrible, disruptive stay

1. The duvet covers had blood on them. 2. We were locked out of our room because the key card was not working. The staff's override system did not work to restore this. It took more than an hour late at night to get the door open. 3. On Saturday night, again late at night, the hotel fire alarm was activated. It was a false alarm but the staff were unable to switch it off. All the fire doors in the passages closed automatically and there was panic amongst the guest. Even when they returned to their rooms, the alarms were still blaring directly inside their rooms for 40 minutes before it was eventually turned off.
