Management and administrative skills are need.

The treatment was not up to scratch. No orientation was done. 1. The room was never cleaned for the whole stay. 2. Bed was not made for the whole stay. 3. No change of towels for the whole stay. 3. No breakfast was prepared on Sunday morning. 4. Continental breakfast is not my favourite. NOTE: The reasons given in all these were: 1. You were supposed to read the board inside the room. ( I always see these boards wherever I book. Cleaning the room on daily basis is a norm as far as I know. In addition to this it was not placed at an easy to realize position. 2. The notice about the breakfast being served from 09h00 cannot be seen if the door is open. Hence In did not see it. 3. These people were supposed to give a proper orientation about all these. The folder which was in the room does not give this information. Instead it says. For clients who are for longer stays, linen will be changed on the third day, which was not done.

Un agréable guesthouse

Après un retard d'avion, nous avons dû trouver un hôtel proche de l'aéroport. Nous avons découvert ce guesthouse a 10minutes environ de l'aéroport et nous le recommandons. L'accueil chaleureux, même avec une arrivée tardive. Grande chambre, propre et confortable. Parking privé. Possibilité de restauration rapide dans l'avenue de EastRand mall. Un petit déjeuner buffet lsimple mais correct. Une adresse de guesthouse a conserver
