Two Bedroom family farm cottage
Information on exploring the farm, how and when to meet and feed the friendly farm animals, information on the guests share garden, orchard and walks is supplied to guests. We live on site, so are on hand if you need assistance, however our house office area is not accessible to guests. 'Farm Tours' are available to guests at a mutually suitable arranged time.

Great Ocean stay
Quiet, clean and comfortable. The cottage had a beautiful outlook, and amazing bird life in the area. A great place to stay while doing the Great Ocean Walk. Lovely hosts.

Weekend Country Getaway
We had a fabulous stay at Johanna Beach Cottage Farm Stay.
The cottage was so cosy with the fire and quaint with its timber lined decor, it had everything we needed for our short stay.
Our host Helen showed us around the farm, we had fresh eggs collected from the chicken coop and we met the farm dogs, goats and pet sheep. We even spotted a koala up in a gum tree on the farm. That was a definite highlight. So much to do in the region too, we took a walk on Johanna beach not far away and visited the 12 Apostles and also drove into Apollo Bay to see the marathon runners. We also brought our dog who was a little too fascinated with the farm goats.
Highly recommend for a long weekend getaway!

Peaceful with beautiful scenery
The cottage impressed upon arrival - balcony overlooking the rolling hills with a view of the ocean provided a great spot to sit, read, relax, enjoy a cup of tea or meditate.
Helen was a delight to chat to and was very accommodating.
The farm animals and wildlife were just the icing on the cake.
It is obvious there has been a lot of thought, care and love put in to the experience.

Perfect family holiday
My family had an amazing time at the farm! The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable, the cabin was clean and well-appointed, and the environment and views were stunning. We will definitely return to revisit the animals and continue to explore the surrounding sights.

Home away from home
The accommodation is very cosy and well appointed. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the view was spectacular. Helen and Julian were good hosts, the yard was secure for our dogs and they had a great time. Only drawback was the lack of handrail for the steps which were the only way to access the cottage, but the owners were very responsive and we devised a workaround. I would happily recommend this property to any of my friends/family
