Tenía la confirmación de mi reserva, incluso he mandado correos al hotel que me respondieron. Al llegar, tarde en la noche, no tenían disponible la habitación que yo ya había abonado, los dólares se me descontaron de mi tarjeta de crédito pero no tenía mi habitación. El de la recepción no fue de gran ayuda, no hizo mucho, Dada la hora dormí en una habitación que no era la pagada. Era un cuarto sin llave, de seis personas y sin baño. Estaba sucia, igual que el baño. Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero, porque estuve solo unas horas hasta que se hizo de día y pagué otro hotel.
