apenas a localizacao é boa

Todo a pousada esta bastante degradada, precisando de uma reforma geral, principalmente banheiros, que estao nojentos. Ar condiciinado barulhento. Toalhas imundas. Nao tive coragem de usar. A localzacao é muito bia, a 2 quadras da praia de Tambaú

A descrição da pousada é bem diferente do que é oferecido durante a estadia, ou seja, o cliente é induzido ao erro ao contratar os seus serviços. Não há nenhuma possibilidade daquele lugar ser 3 estrelas. Quando cheguei à pousada, meus dados não constavam no sistema para check-in, aguardei mais de meia hora até poder fazê-lo. A estrutura é ruim, as camas são desconfortáveis, o colchão é tão velho que o cliente afunda nele e acorda com dor nas costas. O banheiro é pequeno e tem um mal cheiro de esgoto; ao tomar banho, sua cabeça( uma pessoa de 1,80m) quase bate no chuveiro. O café da manhã é relativamente bom se se levar em consideração a estadia em sua totalidade. Os funcionários são neutros, não fazem nada além da cartilha. Durante o check out me apresentam ao cliente um documento, um tipo de promissória, com os valores das diárias para que o cliente, que as já quitou anteriormente, se comprometa a pagar a estadia caso a empresa contratada não o faça. Ponto positivo: localização.
