Rooms not ready

We arrived early and were told check in wasn't until after 2 which was fine. We filled out all paperwork and went to lunch. Once we returned after 4 some of our rooms were still not ready and we did not receive all rooms until after 6. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The rooms are very outdated. The water in the sink ran all night because it was too difficult to turn off. The rooms are very small.

Unclean. Unprofessional.

Room was dirty upon arrival. The shower soapdish (glass) was broken and almost fell and shattered on the floor. Potentially very dangerous. When we asked for a room change, they did not honor it and only sent a housekeeper to re-clean. Moreover, the staff was unprofessional and charged an extra excessive fee (unnecessary) for a situation that was not my fault. On the other hand, the internet wi-fi was strong and consistent and the breakfast was good. I have visited João Pessoa several times and have I have stayed in various hotels--all of them were good/great except for Netuanah Praia. Spend the few extra reais, dollars, pesos, or euros and stay somewhere else. There are so many other better options in JP.

Péssimo e velho hotel

O quarto que eu reservei pelo aplicativo era completamente diferente do que me deram no check in. Minúsculo, sem ventilação, cheiro de mofo, banheiro quase não dava para entrar de tão pequeno, e ainda tinha uma barata passeando pelo quarto. Depois de muita discussão na recepção, onde fui super bem atendido pela funcionária Fabíola, aliás a única que prestou bom atendimento, tive que pagar R$ 200,00 a mais por cada uma das três diárias (R$ 600,00 no total), para que eu fosse direcionado para um quarto mais ou menos compatível com o que eu havia reservado. Bom que era de frente para a praia, mas em cima da piscina onde havia som o dia todo.
