Apartamento novo, com todos os utensílios necessários. Super bem localizado, próximo a padarias, mercados, farmácias, restaurantes. Deixa um pouco a desejar na qualidade das roupas de cama e toalhas, porém tudo bem limpo. Localizado no térreo. Duas piscinas adulto e duas infantis no último piso, ambiente super gostoso com sofás, mesas, cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras muito confortáveis.
