Passamos um fim de semana

Tem uma boa localização, em frente Lagoa solo lucena, o que facilitou localiza-lo nas saidas rapidas e acesso rapido aos carros de aplicativo e muito proximo da rodoviária. Quando chegamos, fomos direcionados para um sistema de identificação, achei muito prático e agilizou o processo de check-in. Ficamos com o quarto 211, no segundo andar, logo que entramos sentimos que o espaço estava fechado a muito tempo, temos um grau sensível para alergias, não foi agradável, deixamos as janelas abertas isso ajudou a aliviar. A Cama era confortável, os travesseiros poderiam ser trocados, eram finos. O banheiro tinha um espelho precário e um sanitário com descarga fraca, o que impossibilitava o uso. Ficamos duas diárias e jesse breve intervalo tivemos a presença da camareira, ponto positivo, muiti simpática e atenciosa. O café da manhã, foi excelente, muita variedade e é servido de 6h30 às 9h, um bom horário.

A cama é boa, mas os travesseiros são bem ruins. Os móveis do quarto poderiam estar em melhores condições. A TV era bem ruinzinha e não é smart, então esqueça streaming. As luzes do corredor tbm eram mt ruins e a noite fica bastante escuro. Precisei de um ferro de engomar tbm e não tem lá.

Opção bem desconfortável!

Ainda bem que ficamos apenas uma noite, pois o hotel é bastante desconfortável. As roupas de cama e banho estão visivelmente desgastadas, o que compromete a experiência. O único ponto positivo é o atendimento na recepção, onde os funcionários se esforçam para ajudar, mas, infelizmente, são limitados pela falta de recursos oferecidos pelo hotel.

Durante toda nossa estadia o elevador não estava funcionando, tivemos que usar as escadas que por sinal estavam precisando ser limpas. A cortina do quarto não é totalmente blackout, na pia do banheiro a água não descia rapidamente pelo ralo. A estrutura em geral do prédio precisa de uma manutenção.
