Excellent visit to Joao Peasoa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was my first time to Brazil and the cordiality of the people is to be admired. When I arrived I was greeted by Arthur and he did an incredible job accommodating us. He took care of everything and helped us feel like home. All the staff were exceptional. Our needs were met and I plan to stay again with them should I be visiting again.

Nice hotel close to a beach

Stayed at the hotel for 10 days and had a very comfortable stay. I speak no Portuguese nor Spanish and the staff were very accommodating communicating with me through Google translate. As a female travelling alone, I felt safe the whole time I was there.

Bom até o momento da saida

Tudo foi maravilhoso, o café, a limpeza, os recepcionista. Porém na saída foi cobrado uma taxa que desconheciamos, como era de madrugada a pessoa responsável não estava lá, pagamos e ficaram de verificar se o valor era real. Recebi uma mensagem via app que a taxa foi incorreta e que devolveriam o valor, o que não aconteceu até o momento.
