Viagem no carnaval

Super tranquila, local agradável e limpo. Os moradores educados e o pessoal que trabalham no condomínio muito prestativos e sempre simpaticos. A localização muito boa, perto de tudo. Beira mar a poucos metros do apartamento. Muito bom. Piscina na cobertura com vista incrível minhas meninas adoraram. Apenas o ar condicionado do quarto que estava fazendo um pouco de ruido mas fora isso gostamos muito do lugar e esperamos retornar um dia. Recomendo, sim.

A região do apartamento é sossegada. Praticamente não existem bares populares por perto. Tem uma boa churrascaria há cem metros, padaria há 400 metros aproximadamente e supermercados há mais ou menos mil metros. Os funcionarios da portaria são otimos e prestativos.

Adoramos a estadia, a anfitriã Sra. Mércia foi muito prestativa e atenciosa. O apartamento é completo, com todos os itens necessários para nossos dias de hospedagem. A única coisa que sentimos falta foi uma cortina blackout no quarto, em Jampa o sol vem rachando logo cedo, e isso atrapalhou nosso sono. De resto, tudo excelente, voltaremos com certeza!

Ótima localização em predinho agradável.

Nós adoramos a localização, os porteiros são super cordiais, a piscina na cobertura é show, o quarto de casal tem um ótimo colchão e ar condicionado e o armário é ótimo. Por outro lado tem um problema de insetos que embora afete todo o prédio poderia ser melhorado no apartamento. O ar condicionado da sala precisa de manutenção. A duchinha do sanitário tem goteira precisa de manutenção. A TV não é smart e não tem streaming. O sofá cama da sala é desconfortável. Os utensílios da pia da cozinha, assim como os armários estão precisando de limpeza, também precisa trocar a esponja que está só um fiapo. A pia da cozinha também não tem sifão gerando um odor desagradável no ambiente. Também só tinha um rolo de papel higiênico e nenhum sabonete ou xampuzinho.
