Place was fantastic. The staff was super helpful and friendly, some even speaking English very well. All around this place is great for tourists. The pool bar was amazing with many options and great bartenders. The very close proximity to MAG shopping (1 minute walk) is also another plus, many places to shop and eat, also convenience stores to grab water and necessities. Would highly recommend

Good Pricing and location

Location was great. Hotel and Room were clean. Breakfast was good. The biggest drawback was no one speaks English, hard to communicate. Price wise, it was good deal to stay in clean hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Cleanliness: The room and common areas were not properly cleaned and felt unhygienic. Staff: The treatment from staff was rude and unhelpful. Gym: The gym equipment was broken and not maintained. *Security*: I also felt that security was questionable, which made me uncomfortable during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
