If you find yourself in Jitra, this is an fine place to stay for the price. I had an interior room with no window, but it was clean and quiet and had a goods night sleep. Staff helped me find my way around.

Its our second time staying at Urban Inn. Everything in this hotel is good. Its very clean. The aircond and water heater works perfectly. The only downside is there is no lift. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Its quite a hassle to climb up and down the stairs with a small child.
