Northstar - 1/17 Kirwan Close

Northstar 1 is a well-loved three bedroom, two bathroom freestanding townhouse on Kirwan Close, Jindabyne — just a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the town centre. The split-level layout gives the property a comfortable, spacious feel, making it a solid choice for families or groups heading to the Snowy Mountains for a ski trip or alpine getaway.

Jindabyne Holiday House with Double Garage and Mountain Access
Pull straight into the double garage (remote access, standard 2.2m clearance) on the entry level, with internal access directly into the home — no lugging ski gear through the cold. Step down into the open plan living area where you'll find a brand new kitchen in 2025 with new appliances, dining table, and a loungeroom with flat-screen TV. A small outdoor balcony sits off the living area, and there's also an in-house laundry and separate toilet on this level.

Three Bedrooms Sleeping Up to 8 Guests
Head upstairs to find all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunks — great for kids or a group of mates. The main bathroom services the upper level. Electric heating runs throughout the entire property, so you'll be warm after a day on the mountain.

Everything Included from the Moment You Arrive
Every booking at Northstar 1 comes ready so you can hit the ground running. All linen and towels are provided — bed sheets, bath towels, tea towels, the lot. You'll also receive a starter pack of essentials waiting on arrival, plus a Bonus $50 Friendly Grocer Voucher to get your pantry loaded up for the week.
