Kooringa 1 is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit located on Townsend Street with views over Lake Jindabyne.

The master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite and the second bedroom with a tri-bunk, both rooms have built in robes and glass sliding door giving you direct access outside to enjoy the peach of the patio.

The kitchen has been updated and is equipped with everything you need to stay in after a day on the slopes. It is an open living area with a dining table loungeroom. The home has electric heating, free wi-fi, a separate private laundry with washing machine and dryer and two parking spaces, one of which is undercover.

All located a short walk to town for a casual night out or down to the lake to take advantage of our beautiful town.

Great accomodation

The property fit 5 of us well enough, although it would be much more comfortable with 4 guests. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely go back again.
