Private villa, suitable for families * 6 min from Balangan Beach *

The villa has a total of five rooms. One of the largest rooms is on the lower floor. Not only is it spacious, it also has fantastic views of the garden and swimming pool. Two adults and two children can easily live here (double bed and loft bed).

There are three more rooms on the first floor. One of them is a children's room with a bunk bed, colorful walls and bookshelves.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans. There is a grill in the garden and next to the pool there is a relaxation corner with lots of pillows and a table at seat height.


Furthermore, the house has a TV with DVD player, fast WiFi, a whole lot of children's toys (e.g. Lego, dolls, puzzles and hot wheels) as well as a collection of German and English children's books.

In the kitchen there is actually everything you need: a microwave, a juice mixer (suitable for baby food), a toaster, a rice cooker, a fridge with freezer, two highchairs (for children from 8 months to 4 years) and sufficient Children's plates and children's cutlery.

Do you have a baby and are you concerned that it is playing too close to the pool? Don't worry - the pool can be completely locked with a glass fence. This is important to mention, since many accommodations have beautifully maintained swimming pools, but there is no childproof lock.

Guest room 1
The guest room 1 on the lower floor is a spacious, bright room with a view of the pool and the garden. The room has a king-size double bed and a bunk bed. There is space for four people. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. It is long and big enough for two to three people if you are there at the same time.


The family apartment
The family apartment on the first floor has plenty of space for children. It has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a loft bed and a single standard bed. In addition, a baby bed can easily be placed. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, which is equipped with two sinks and a toilet. An intermediate door leads to a living area with its own kitchen and bathtub.



The children's room
The colorful jungle-style children's room is on the first floor. It has a bunk bed, a reading corner and numerous toy shelves. The children can read, paint or dream in the cozy book corner. The room has a bathroom with shower and toilet, which is shared with the neighboring room. Like all other rooms in the house, it has air conditioning and a standing fan.


The guest room 2
Guest room 2 is located next to the children's room on the second floor. From the room entrance you look down to the garden and the pool.
The king size bed is suitable for two people. The bathroom is shared with the children's room next door and can of course be locked from both sides. Like all other rooms in the house, this room has air conditioning and a standing fan.


The guest room 3
The guest room 3 convinces with a breathtaking view of the green. From here you can see numerous palm trees and Balinese roofs. If you open the windows, you have a pleasant draft, because the wind is very refreshing on the third floor.
This room is suitable for two to three people because it has a single bed and a loft bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet
