Staff were great. Overall of our room was nice.Just that when booking we didn't realize the bathroom was connected to the outdoor with no doors. So be prepared to see quite a bit of bugs roaming in your bathroom.

We loved it!

Loved it, the staff were friendly and the villa was very nice and clean. The pool was massive, really surprised as it didn’t look that big in pictures! Very close to shops, you can literally walk outside of the property and there’s a grocery store a minutes walk or so away! Would definitely recommend staying here if you get a chance!

Best surprise: shower under the open sky! Huge bathroom and room. The last turned into a disadvantage, since the tv was thus too far from the bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Calm and quiet in the resort enclosure. Very good supermarket right by its side. Insufficient cleanliness: the room floor had hairs that were not mine. The gravel area in the shower, which would have been magnificent to walk on, was covered in long hairs. The teapot at the meals area was stained. There was a permanent unpleasant food smell there. The cover sheet was rather gray. One-way free shutle to Jimbaran. The first one of the day was quite late: 10:00 am. The resort advertised a free shutle to the airport, which is quite close, for any stay that was longer than 3 days. When enquiring, I was told instead that this applied only when booking straight at the hotel. Overall, I was sorry to leave.

We stayed in room Sriya 6. GOOD - the hotel has a resort feel. It has 3 pools, one was right next to our room and we were the only ones who used it. It was very private. The restaurant was really good, fresh, good options, they even brought pizza to us to eat poolside. The bed was massive, comfortable, got quality bedding. The room was also massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing! A rain shower outdoors showering under the stars, a big bath and a nice double basin. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our driver who picked us up at the airport was awesome, good English and so friendly. He gave us so many tips and tricks. BAD - the location is a little isolated, there is a small supermarket next door for water etc but you can’t walk out and get a meal or see sights, you have to taxi everywhere. Fortunately taxis are not too difficult to get using the grab or gojek app. Overall this place was amazing and exceeded all our expectations.

To Travel Jimbaran region, but constrained buget, Abi Bali Resort and Spa would be an alternative option. Not located at near beach, you can reach famous places easily. If you rent a motor bike, that will be much easier. Hotel was so good, beautiful, especially clean. Nice staff, huge room and pool .

Property is very conveniently located by minimart & close to all the amenities. Hotel stuffs are very friendly. We went for a family vacation & our children love the private pool. Breakfast is awesome especially the fresh fruits & fresh juices. We highly recommend families with children.

A great place to stay

Loved our stay at Abi Bali. Room and bathroom large and very clean. Bed comfortable. Laundry came back clean and smelling lovely. Gardens are well maintained and beautiful. Breakfast had great choices and restaurant was good. Had great facials and pedicures. Quiet location. Great staff. Annoying that you had to re connect wifi when phone turns off. A great place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

the staff at Ali Bali were wonderful. Friendly, kind and eager to please. We really enjoyed our stay there. We were looking for a quieter area which it is but not too far from the Jimbarran area or beautiful beach. the venie offers a shuttle every 2 hours into the main section of Jimbarran. the friendliness of the staff and surrounding area was so positive. the only thing of concern was the external area which I believe was designed for customers to do some of their own cooking needs improving. I opened the microwave and quickly closed it, and the cooking jets were rusty and you would need to purchase all cleaning products and tea towels as only a few bits of utensils are available. but the positive is the cost of food in the area is very cheap and why would you want to cook.
