Hotel located conveniently near the center of town. Hearty breakfast. Service limited due to the fact that some front desk personnel did not speak English. Room decor had a certain charm, perhaps a style from 30 years ago. Shower head was not easy to use and was not stable. The hotel could not find my reservation on arrival, but offered an available room at the Hotels.com rate; it is not clear if the missing reservation was due to the hotel or Hotels.com

Old-world charm

We had a lovely room in a beautiful town in a wonderful country. The staff were friendly and the amenities good. The hotel has a rustic, old-world charm. We would love to stay there again some day.

1. die Sprachverständigung ging weder in deutsch noch in englisch, 2. die Rezeption war ca. 90% unbesetzt, zuletzt lag ein Zettel mit einer Tel.-Nummer am Tresen... man war aber im Biergarten mit den anderen Angestellten rauchen!!! 3. die ganze Woche hat der Aufzug gesponnen... es gab alle erdenklichen Störszenarien (Einzelheiten auf Anfrage) am Vorabend der Abreise musste ich noch eine Personenbefreiung machen, weil er einfach stehen blieb. Es gab an diesem Aufzug kein Wartungsnachweisaufkleber! Es funktionierten nicht einmal der Notruf! Hätte er funktioniert, hätte das eh keiner gehört; denn die Rezeption war ja fast nie besetzt! Nach einem Tag, als der Aufzug dann gar nicht mehr lief, wurde dann endlich, aber erst am nächsten Morgen ein Hinweis angebracht. Unverständlich, weil in tschechisch. Die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsangestellten, sofern vor Ort, war sehr schlecht. Trotz Buchung und Rücksprache vorher, wurden uns noch 16 € für den Hund berechnet. Das stand so nirgendwo und ist wohl willkürlich erhoben worden!? Könnten Sie das bitte nachprüfen!? Das Hotel am Platz ist schon nicht schlecht, aber am Personal lässt sich noch einiges verbessern!!!

Old but ok

Hotel is old with old furniture, but they take care about this places. Room was clean (maybe not idal, but was ok) and personel was friendly. Breakfast was ok too. I only didn't like that I can't eat nothing at 9pm. I even didn't get sandwich or nuts in hotel restaurant. Rest was ok.

En udmærket base

Et godt beliggende hotel tæt på Ceske Rej. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Et dejligt stort værelse med eget badeværelse hvor brusenichen dog er i det mindste. Morgenmaden sparsom i et mørkt grimt lokale. En fin lille terressa i forbindelse med hotellets restauant der serverer udmærket mad og drikke til endog særdeles rimelige priser. Alt i alt en god base for de gode udendørsaktiviteter området giver mulighed for.
