This place is perfect. We came up for a ski weekend and it hit all the marks. It’s very cozy, great design, bathrooms are excellent, and even the blankets are cozy! Everything is covered. Just book it and you’ll be happy.

Great house/Great property owner

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything we needed was there from firewood to extra blankets to stay warm on the cold winter nights. Bathrobes for the hot tub, towels, linens, bedding. Everything you could need in the kitchen. The house was a VRBO dream come true.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This home was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The master bathroom was awesome. The living spaces are ideal for gathering in small groups are all together. The property manager left us a welcome basket which was very thoughtful. Would stay at this home again in a heartbeat.

Book immediately! My wife and I have rented dozens of a*rbnbs/v*bos and this property was the best by far. Beautifully renovated, 3 amazing en-suite bedrooms, fantastic common spaces, great kitchen with everything you might possibly need, outside space with patio, deck, hot tub, and amazing vies. Host was extremely communicative and house manual was detailed with all kinds of helpful information. It was our first time in the Catskills and this home did not disappoint. We will be back!

Thanksgiving Week Holiday

My family spent Thanksgiving week at the property. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Was concerned it would be a challenge to pull off Thanksgiving dinner in a rental, but was the best stocked home we’ve stayed in to date. Owners ensured that even the 12” snowfall that happened on Thansgiving day was promptly cleared. We’ll be back!

At the risk of jeopardizing availability for myself and my friends I have to say this was one of the most well appointed and comfortable homes I’ve ever stayed in.The attention to detail was unsurpassed. This level of comfort is what you try to achieve in your own home. There is not one negative thing I could say about this place.It was aesthetically beautiful inside and out.Kyle was very attentive and available if we were to need anything….which of course we did not. Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome Ski Weekend - Unbelievable House!

Kyle's house is awesome- every little detail is well thought out. The bedrooms and especially the bathrooms are 5 -star resort level. You are close to Windham and Hunter to ski...also a short drive into town of Windham for fun ski town vibe! I would recommend this property to all and Kyle was awesome to work with...his communication was top notch! Definitely would go back in a second to this house!

Amazing Home!

Amazing stay truly a home away from home! This home is immaculate and beautifully maintained anything you could possibly need was there. The bedrooms were just wonderful, beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. The bathrooms were stylish and tranquil equivalent, to that of a five star resort. The living spaces are ideal for spending quality family time or quiet time and the views were just stunning. The location was perfect centrally located between multiple ski resorts. The property manager Kyle was wonderful to work with as well as prompt in all his communication. Would love to stay at this home again.

Perfection!

Everything about this house was perfect. The location is close to Windham, Hunter, Phoenicia, restaurants, wineries, hiking, lakes, etc. The house was clean and modern. Everything needed was there. We had adults and infants during our 2-week stay and smiles for all. Plenty of space - indoors and outdoors Bathrooms were exceptional and state-of-the-art. And did I mention how peaceful it all was. I only wish is was up for sale.
