Location was great! Easy access to many Catskill activities and adventures. Unfortunately, property was not well maintained. Weeds overgrown around decks including steps to enter and fire pit area. The interior shows wear and tear that could use some attention. Family of six with kids enjoyed the Catskills area immensely.
