Ca 'del Mar is a rustic recently renovated, with comfortable furnishings, for a bucolic holiday but without giving up the fun.
Ca 'del Mar is located in Jesolo country (via Salsi 16) 4 km from spiaggia..raggiungibile also using the bike path.
Also you can reach Venice by various means, including ship and train.
The house is composed in the ground floor of a kitchenette (equipped with dishwasher and microwave) with dining room; spacious living room with satellite TV, sofa, armchair bed, air conditioning; bathroom and laundry with washing machine. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds both with air conditioning; a room with a single bed and another bathroom with shower (equipped with chromotherapy and stereo).
Outside the house there is a large garden with hammocks, a veranda with barbeque, outdoor tables and chairs and an above-ground swimming pool.
We provide free internet access with unlimited WIFI.

My family & I had a fantastic time in Jesolo. Checking in to the villa was very smooth & was very clean & well equipped with everything you would need. The pool was great to keep cool in the hot weather! The owners were extremely helpful. Had a minor issue with the ground floor shower that was sorted very quickly and without fuss. We mentioned that we were going to visit Venice for the day & they sent details of bus timetables & even where the bus stop was. Local area has a few restaurants and shops in walking distance. If you want to venture out to Lido di Jesolo buses are quite regular. Be aware if needing a taxi, they are very expensive. Holiday to remember!!

Great stay in Jesolo!

I had a lovely time staying at this property. The outside patio area was great for breakfast and dinner outside. The kitchen had all the amenities in great condition and was easy to use. Everything was clean and the host was very communicative and responsive. Would recommend for anyone who has a car during their stay in Jesolo!

A lovely relaxing base for a family getaway!

The villa is located in a nice peaceful area, close by to shops, cafes and ice cream parlours! The short drive to the tourist area makes everything very convenient. The villa was very comfortable for the family with a beautiful garden and lovely pool area. The two bathrooms are great and have air con for the hot months. The kitchen is basic but there is a great outdoor cooking area which we used a lot. Melania was always available if needed to ask her questions and was a very helpful and welcoming host. We would definitely stay here again!

Rustique house in Jesolo with huge garden and private pool

We enjoyed our stay in early July 2016 at Ca' del Mar. We received a very hearty welcome and introduction to the house and grounds. The house is quite rustique / authentic with many modern amenities. The house was clean upon arrival, and we received a linen update after our first week. The kitchen is well equipped. The large garden, the private pool and the covered patio were all huge amenities. The beach is 4 km away, and bikes are provided. By car: park at (or near) the Almar resort so you are only a few 100 meters away from the large stretch of public beach (behind the hospital). Do expect some mosquitos in summer; I recommend bringing a mosquito net (as we did). We had an issue with one of the bikes, which was resolved quickly after reporting it. Fresh bread is around the corner, and a giant supermarker 5 minutes away by car (open until around 20:00) I have only 2 suggestions for improvements: internet and airco. Internet is provided, but rather basic (don't expect to stream any media content, update software etc). While the living room has an airco, the upstairs sleeping rooms don't. In our rental period we experienced a bit of a heat-wave, and in such circumstances it is quite hot to sleep upstairs, although the large fans do provide some relief. Overall, the house and the people made a positive impression and I would consider renting again. Thanks for hosting our stay.

Alle gut, nur in der Küche war der Geschirrspüler kaputt ( was uns nicht gesagt wurde) und die Küche wurde überschwemmt. In einem hinteren Bereich der Küche gab es einen alten ziemlich verdreckten, den wir dann benützt haben. Wir waren 6 Personen Kind. Die Dusche oben hat leider auch nicht funktioniert, kein Druck. Bei den Fahrrädern waren die Sattel kaputt und nicht fahrbereit. Ansonsten okay, schöner großer Garten.

Gesamteindruck:Die Ferienwohnung ist rustikal eingerichtet – von den Schränken bis zur Dekoration – uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Treppe im Haus ist sehr steil; Haustiere, Kleinkinder oder Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen benötigen Unterstützung.Küche:Einfach, aber funktionell. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Eierbecher oder eine Grillzange könnten ergänzt werden. Manche Schneidebretter oder Pfannen sind abgenutzt, ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Der Kühlschrank reichte für unsere fünfköpfige Familie gerade so.Wohnzimmer:Klein, nett eingerichtet, meist wenig genutzt; die Kinder schauten gelegentlich YouTube.Schlafzimmer:Sauber und praktisch für fünf Personen. Die Angabe von sechs Schlafplätzen scheint das Klappsofa einzubeziehen; fünf echte Betten in drei Zimmern wären zutreffender. Klimaanlagen in den großen Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer sind besonders unter dem Dach wichtig. Einzelbett eher was für kleine Kinder.Bäder:Neu und sauber. Der Wasserdruck im Bad im ersten Stock könnte stärker sein, daher bevorzugten wir das Erdgeschoss.Sonstiges:WLAN etwas instabil, aber in Ordnung. Pool im Garten ist ein Highlight, Grundstück groß, aber teilweise einsehbar. Einfahrt eng – größere Autos vorher abklären. Kleine Innenstadt von Jesolo fußläufig erreichbar; Strand in Lido di Jesolo nur mit Auto, frei zugängliche Abschnitte rar und oft überfüllt. Insgesamt ein ruhiges Ferienhaus, ideal zum Entspannen abseits der touristischen Hektik.

Toll gepflegtes Anwesen im ruhigem Jesolo, ab vom Trubel in Lido d. J. und sehr gut angebunden a die Schnellstraße. Das Haus überrascht mit der liebevollen, historischen Einrichtung und den tollen Details wie das alte Radio und der Kamin in der Küche.Der große Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten Pool war nicht nur toll für unseren Hund zum entspannen und spielen.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus und der Garten waren Ideal für ein Familienurlaub. Nur für Kinder unter 3 Jahre ist es besser ein Krabbelstall für den Innenraum mitzubringen, da es einige Möbelstücke gibt, die leicht umfallen und sich ein Kleinkind verletzen könnten. Aber draußen ist es ideal, da das Grundstück umzäunt ist und der Pool, durch das entfernen der Leiter, für Kleinkinder unzugänglich gemacht werden kann. Am Sonsten ist es sehr hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet und ideal um draußen am Großen Tisch mit Sonnenschutz zu Essen und das Familienleben zu genießen.

Wunderschöner Spätsommerurlaub

In der Nachsaison hatten wir Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten den Pool, das Meer/den Strand als auch die tollen Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung genießen. Das Haus hat einen unwiderstehlichen Charme und hat uns sehr gefallen - gerade weil es nicht alltäglich ist. Der Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern war einfach und sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige negative Punkt war die hohe Anzahl an Mücken...

Es ist ein „Rustico“ und das muss man mögen, aber wenn man es mag, dann wird man dieses Haus lieben! Alles war sehr sauber und gut gelüftet, der Garten groß (und eingezäunt), der Pool ausreichend und die Lage perfekt! Wir (4 Personen mit Hund) haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an den netten Vermieter!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben unsere Tage in Jesolo sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich, war sehr sauber und der Garten riesig. Fußläufig waren alle wichtigen Geschäfte bequem zu erreichen, ebenfalls 3 gute Restaurants. Das haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst, da wir viele Ausflüge mit dem Auto gemacht haben. Das Haus ist ein guter Standort um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Venedig, Pádua, Triest, Treviso und vielenOrten mehr zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und antwortet immer sehr schnell. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern

Sehr schön für Familien, welche "Altbauten" mögen. Das Haus ist sehr gut gehalten wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es bietet alles, was es zu einem gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Nur die Mückenplage konnten wir trotz Gegenmittel nicht in den Griff kriegen. Sehr ruhige Lage da im Wohngebiet.

Wonderful house, great place!

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern im Herbst in diesem schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Ortschaft ist fußläufig erreichbar, mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Venedig ist nah, mit dem Auto und den Booten ist man in einer Stunde am Makusplatz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
