The apartment house with 32 residential units, elevator, communal garden and a small play area offers simply furnished apartments. The name of the district can be traced back to the numerous pine trees that you will notice when you arrive. There is also plenty of greenery and beautifully grown pine trees in the complex's garden area to provide shady spots. If it gets too warm for you, just jump into the Adriatic Sea right outside the door. Pineta is a district of the seaside resort of Lido Di Jesolo and the open Adriatic Sea. A little quieter and in the middle, you can relax from everyday stress in the shade of pine forests. Or have fun on the lively shopping street in the center. From the church to the sea there are many small shops as well as nice cafes and restaurants. At the grape festival in September, colorfully decorated floats drive through the streets and celebrate the grape harvest. This parade is one of the highlights: grapes are distributed and wine is given out for tasting. Families can visit the “Caribe Bay” aqua park (7 km), one of the largest water paradises in Europe.
