Unit Layout
The 4-room apartment has an area of 82 square meters and is spread across two levels on the first floor. It is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults. The living/sleeping room features a double sofa bed, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and satellite TV. It also has access to a balcony. Additionally, there is one room with a bed and a double bed, and another room with two beds. On the top floor, there is an open room with sloping ceilings that contains one bed and one double sofa bed, along with an exit leading to a terrace.

Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with modern and tasteful furnishings. It has air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating may not be available in all rooms. The open kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, gas stove (4 gas rings), microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Other amenities include two showers/WCs (one on each level), two balconies, a terrace with balcony furniture and deck chairs, a washing machine, a safe, a children's high chair, and a baby cot.
