Staff ver nice and helpful
Am extremely upset about the parking situation. THE reason we picked this hotel is that they offered free parking. When we got there we parked on the street to check in. Front desk staff said to leave our car there and we were in a legal spot. They said we didn't need to move it into their lot. We were told this three separate times. "Don't move your car it's good where it is." When we left to go to the airport we had a parking ticket.
Liked that it had Parking... Staff was Amazing... Neighborhood looked a little scary at first... But if you can overcome appearances..... It’s honestly in a great location near garden Tomb and Damascus gate.....
