I like everything
Excellent hotel
They promised two beds When I came it was only one Very unhappy
The best thing about the hotel is free parking, and breakfast. The service is just fine.
Very good n plessent, the room was very spacious n clean, the breakfast was amazing
It's not the King David, but then your not going to spend $450 a night at the Ramada either! The lobby is clean and beautiful, the room is what you need to get some rest, the shower is fine, and there is a nice gym as well as two pools; one outdoor (open during summer months only) and and indoor pool that is clean and perfect temp for lap swimming. I did not get the buffet breakfast option, as I prefer to eat at CafeCafe or other breakfast options in Jerusalem. The price is much different than the Dan Panorama, another nice hotel that is better located as far as walking access to the Old City and the Mamilla restaurant and shopping area, but if the Ramada location is required, it is a great option.
good location to walk 1.5 miles to Old City, 20 minute walk to Isreal Museum and Biblical Museum, convenient market on Herzl, note on some maps this is labeled the Renasance not the Ramada, convenient to route 1 to go north to Tel Aviv etc. Get a room away from the elevators which run continuously on the Sabbath!
This hotel is geared to Orthodox Jewish Families. There are very few others there. The amenities were not good: poor/non-existent room service. small hotel store for necessities. small selection at cafe; The location to the bus center and other sites is good. I would not return to this hotel on my next trip to Israel.
