There was mold in a shower. One of the showers did not switch from hand piece to overhead. The owner was informed of this and did not fix it. The second “full bath” had a large tub with no overhead shower and no bar to hold on. It requires an approximate two foot step to get in and out. Very dangerous for an older person. When it rained there was a leak on the stairs of all places and the floor was wet representing another fall hazard. The TV was broken and never fixed. The WiFi information provided to me was incorrect and almost took 24 hours to get me the right info. The power went out in a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. It took almost 24 hours for this to be fixed as well. There were no paper towels or dishwasher detergent provided. Other than all the above aforementioned issues, the location was excellent. So if you don’t mind those issues and just need a great location this would be an excellent choice.

we travelled a great deal. The place is great. It would be better if it had some supplies like trash bags etc. It doesn't work well for kosher as nothing is marked and very few supplies in any case. We managed by buying most of what we needed nearby.

Agent was completely irresponsible. Refused to give a contact number or provide us a WiFi password. Ignored all our requests. Location is good apartment was functional but small and awkward. Owner was helpful but only at the last minute. Beware of the agent

Location location location

The apartment was in an amazing location and fit my entire family (2 adults 6 kids) easily. It was very convenient for us to be altogether vs separated in hotel rooms. A few issues did come up during our stay by the host was super responsive and helped us resolve all issues. I would definitely stay again.

Disappointing for so many reasons

1. Facility was dirty. 2. The heat did not work in all of the rooms. 3. Sewage was coming up from one if the showers and flowed into the hallway. It was like that when we arrived 4. There were stairs everywhere. Even though i specifically asked about stairs. because my 92 to mom was with us

Nice Place Near Old City

Huge home with plenty of space for everyone. There were some issues with early check in even though we paid for it, and the hot tub was out of service (which we weren’t notified of before arriving, even though it clearly has been down for a while), but the rooftop space was beautiful and a great area to spend time. The location was perfect for us - walkable to most areas we were excited about seeing. Finally, there were some cleanliness concerns in the bathrooms/kitchen but overall nothing bad enough to deter us from staying and nothing that would’ve stopped us from booking in the first place had we known.

everything about this property is inviting a beautiful as well as spacious. The upstairs large deck is beyond description. we were able to relax and eat on the deck and feel part of the outdoors with great privacy. The entire facility is very well maintained.

Fabulous

Amazing property and amazing host. Every time we had a small issue they communicated with us promptly, even late at night. They made sure that we could enjoy our visit. We stayed one week and we spoke with the host constantly through phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp. The property is incredible and very well located next to the Mamilla. We would have dinner there (less than 5 minute walking) every night. Jaffa Gate is a 10-minute walk at the end of the Mamilla. Super convenient. and safe. There is a rental car company across the street, which made it even more convenient. We had a great time. We'll be back.
