Rooms in good condition, halways were packed and messy, dining room unpleasant, meals - disaster! even though we paid for half board we skipped the meals and ate outside due to the very poor level of dining. no affordable parking around the hotel

Decent hotel but pricey

Decent hotel but on the expensive side. Rooms were spotless but common lobby seating areas were generally unclean. Food was plentiful but hot breakfast items quote stodgy and dry. Non pre booked meals were very pricey and feel we were ripped off!

This is a very nice hotel. Probably the cleanest and the friendliest and the prettiest of the many hotels we've stayed at this trip in Israel. The balcony in our room was large and generous, and I could see the Temple Mount complex from it. This is Jerusalem, joe. The level of dress and composure is far more respectful then you might find in tel Aviv. One thing I wish I'd known about this hotel was that it does seem to cater to a religious crowd. There is a synagogue in the hotel itself, and very large synagogue just down the block. On my next trip to Jerusalem I would not hesitate to stay here again. It's in walking distance to essentially all the old traditional sites in the city.
