This hotel is inside the old city of Jerusalem, in a fantastic location from which to explore. It has great (and historic) decor, and you can go on the roof which is nice. There’s a nice place to sit with a complimentary espresso and rest in the common area. The room itself is not luxurious - the shower temperature is finicky, and the lights are bare fluorescent bulbs. But it was very clean, had enough space and the bed was comfortable, and it had a small fridge which is nice when traveling. So I am going with “quirky and charming”. Breakfast was mediocre, you can do better going out.

The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to help you. Giving a wealth of information for visiting nearby sites. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Location central but too noisy. No elevator. Being an old building we didn’t expect much. Will not stay there again.

The location is great, the food delicious, the reception service 24/7 very professional and helpful. Some of the staff went out their way to help me. I am very grateful for their services

This is hotel is a hidden gem. First, it's located within the gates of the Old City of Jerusalem. I have always stayed outside the gates but this stay was very special to be within. The wifi was exceptional, the employees and breakfast were equally good. I would highly recommend this hotel without a question

Location is very good and staff are very friendly! Room is kind of small and thrifty. The doorway stage is quite high and got hurt when fell down.

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent including many traditional dishes, vegetables, coffee, tea, and they will fry eggs for you. The hotel is over 100 years old, so don't expect ultra modern facilities, but it is clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. It is also in a great location near the Jaffa Gate inside the old city.

This hotel is no worthy...I do not recommend it....

Friendly management and staff Delicious breakfast Hotel filled with antiques and historical insights about Old Jerusalem Manager Amir Adjani, very knowledgeable and freindly
