The staff is very helpful and friendly. The shower tends to run on the floor. The location is great and we liked the Baka area.

The room was small and did not resemble the pictures on line. Location was good but a bit too far from center of city. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

For this hotel, Orbitz showed a picture of a spacious bright hotel room with a separate living room and (via the filter) listed "free parking" as an amenity. We booked a middle floor (at the related middle tier rate). Our first reality check was that "free parking" meant that some of the nearby street parking was free! In fact, there were approximately 10 of those "free" street spaces, in a very densely populated neighborhood. If you are lucky enough to get one of those, stay put! As for the expected "free" parking lot, it does not exist. Next we were led with our luggage from the middle floor/registration area to a floor down two flights of stairs to the dreary, dingy sub-basement level. When I asked for the middle floor room we paid for, the clerk said they were full, so we were stuck in the basement (but still at the mid-level rate, no adjustment offered!). Finally, our room had no separate living room, in fact, none of the rooms did!. The front desk clerk refused to contact any manager, saying that day and the next day he was "off", and eventually admitted that the pictures on Orbitz were from a different hotel, yet took no responsibility for their false advertising, blaming Orbitz. In fact, we never heard from any manager. One would think management should be responsible for verifying their online marketing presence. All in all, a truly disappointing experience, strongly recommend looking elsewhere!

The staff is friendly and very professional. One of my favorite staff members is Morand. He is very helpful. He made my stay at the hotel very confortable and pleasant. Nathan is a very professional young men. Very helpful and kind. All staff members are amazing people. I have no complaints and i would definately recommend this little place to any friend or family member. I had a great time !!!! Hope to go back in a near future. ♡♡♡

Shalom Abra, I am truly sorry this was your impression with us. We work very hard and honesty is of the utmost importance for us; Let me first say that some of the facts you described here are correct and hence I do understand your disappointment while others are not precise descriptions at all. You are correct that there was a fault on Orbitz website as they offered and sold the same room twice under a different name, which led to a misunderstanding Once as a semi basement economy double room and then again from a different supplier as a lower ground floor economy double room. This is of course the same room Nowhere did it mention mid floor or something of a like. A lower ground floor is in fact what you reserved and received Of course if we were not full we would have upgraded you happily and for free The only wrong description was stating there was a separate living room (in a room of 20 square meters all together…) As explained to you we would happily refund you for that even though it was not all our fault. We simply asked you to please contact Orbitz as they were the ones to charge you and are the ones holding your money. We, as promised will of course verify you are entitled to a refund due to the false advertising. Regarding the parking, all the streets around us are free and not just 10 spots as you wrote. I am sorry you did not mention other positive aspects of our hotel such as giving you a late check out free of charge. I again apologize for any disappointment caused by the false advertising on Orbitz ( which we have asked them to correct) and I urge you once again to please process a refund request with their customer support . Please contact me directly if you need any assistance (I can not contact you as unfortunately Orbitz does not share your email with us) Thank you, Avi Haim\ Manager
