Very spacious apartment, with a couch, two beds, kitchen. Very comfortable and easy to work in.

The location on Ben Yehuda and so close to the Old City is fantastic. This is the second time I've had trouble with the parking garage on site. The staff was very helpful.

I liked the breakfast, but the hotel had a foul smell of sewage in the elevator and hallways.

The staff, was difficult, and unhelpful. The room was dirty. We asked for towels and sheets and were told they would bring them right away. THEY NEVER CAME. The gym was so dirty and had broken mirrors, it brought to mind a post nuclear war movie sceen.

Location close to everything Old need update to rooms

It was clean and the front staff (Michal, Ariella and Ben) were exceptional - caring, helpful and friendly. A definite place to return.

Head waiter gave rate for added meals, reception didn't honor and asked why didn't get head Waite written confirmation Requested we wait an hour for him to arrive Then another hour for Aviv to arrive Vacation day wasted Walked out not happy So easy for hotel to avoid

Overall a decent experience over Shabbat. We had an issue with the bathtub drain but hotel personnel came quickly to fix it. Also, our bedroom A/C wasn't quite up to par but it was okay. Location is very nice and convenient. Parking is relatively inexpensive compared to other parking lots. Breakfast was good. We also had the Shabbat meals and they were good as well.

Room could be better cleaned. Breakfast not many options.

Very small room Food was mediocre Spa was ridiculously expensive Great location

This hotel is close to just about everything in the city center. Walkable to the old city, geula, and machane yehuda. Bus stops and train are also convenient for travel. Our room was a bit cold, so they gave is a table heater which worked great. Very helpful staff.

Comfortable 2 room suites, friendly staff, plenty of storage space. Location in center of town; convenient for walking, shopping and public transportation.

Staff needs training Only one Manager was helpful. Hospitality industry rating in my opinion below average. Very good location. Room decent and spacious, expecially if you get one with balcony. Breakfast poor. I recommend it bcs of location.

Everything very calm no problems with anything great location awesome food restaurants at walking distance taxis available easy affortable taxi cost to the old city

The location could not be any better for the money. Minutes walking from all of the locations. The hotel could use so fixing but you just need to sleep in there. parking is few min away, keep in mind that you need to carry the bags in which is a pain. Parking is 50 shekls per day as long as you don't move the car in and out, which is an amazing deal.

The hotel is old and has decent amenities. If okay with that this is a good choice. It is centrally located to most everything. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. Overall, a nice place but if looking for 4 or 5 stars this isn't the place for you.

Place is fair- no more or less; however the staff is unfriendly and some of them are downright dour. A nice touch however was they did put a jar of honey and an apple in our room for Rosh Hashana. Place could use a good refurbishing. I would not stay there again.

They were very pleasant and allowed me to check in very early at 10:30am (normally 3:00pm). The room was better than expected and I really had a very pleasant time for the two two nights there. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. Check out was very fast and no surprises and the breakfast was priced nice and plenty of food with many choices.
