Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem

If I could I would give the hotel 0 stars as its the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. ( I use hotels very often). there is absolutely no service there. I have given them an opportunity to fix my complaint that I have made with them by giving us a free stay but they are in denial... If you are looking for an excellent stay in Jerusalem but well priced go rather to the Ramada hotel, although that its the other area but its definitely far better than Leonardo Plaza.

Wonderful hotel, great location and above all great staff. With specials thanks to Ronit who made my stay a delight. She was even anticipating all I would need while in Jerusalem. Definitely recommend it

I’m giving this hotel 4 stars mainly based on the location. It’s in need of an update but could be a lot worse. The service is good and the rooms are clean. The bathroom sink was pretty old and the water just trickled out. With saying all that it’s still a good hotel for the price and the location is amazing.

I had a Wonderful stay at the hotel The room was clean and the staff very accommodating Sofiah at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and was most helpful thank you and will be looking forward to coming again in the future

wonderful experience at the Leonardo Plaza- the hotel is decorated beautifuly, the staff is super nice and helpful. We were very impressed by the general manager Chen Brener and the Guest relations manager Ronit. Overall the staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is great. We had dinner at the dairy restaurant "Primavera" and enjoyed a fantastic meal (the manager Yousef was very kind and helpful). The rooms are renovated and very comfortable and the just the best you can find!

I was very impressed by the service at the Leonardo Plaza. My experiences with the customer service at other hotels and restaurants in Israel hasn't always been good, but the Leonardo Hotel's attention to detail and extra effort to make sure we were happy was excellent. The location, rooms and food were great as well. I plan to stay there again on my next trip to Jerusalem.

We stayed here with a group and for 5 star hotel they need to improve a few things. The elevators and programable for some guest this is confusing. You must punch the floor number on key pad to bring the elevator down and it will take you up to that floor. There are no buttons in there once you are in there. So make sure you punch in the right number. The electronic door keys did not work half the time we were there and had to get new keys a lot to get into your room. After all day touring and you need to get into room this was very frustrating. Also the internet is not very good. Toilet in room had problems with flusher kept sticking and reported to desk and once again they did not fix the problem. We stay in this hotel 5 days and they never changed the linens. I finally took them off the bed and threw them on the floor so they would get the hint. Also the rooms were not cleaned very well they never vacuumed the rug while were there. The bathroom was not clean well. The worst part was the air condition was not very cool, lucky we had a balcony with a door that open to get some cool air in the room. We called and complained to the front desk and they said "they would take of it" but that never happened. The food was excellent the wait staff and chef no complaint here. Everyone was friendly and spoke English. Overall this not what I would call a 5 start hotel. Our Tour Guide who comes to Israel several times a year would not recommend this place which I agree with her.

The Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem was the first hotel I ever stayed in Israel and that was over 10 years ago. Since then, I have often gone back to Jerusalem on many trips to Israel and often returned to the Plaza to enjoy a comfortable, lovely stay in the most amazing city in the world. To note, on my last stay, Ronit from guest services did a tremendous amount to help me with my next travels to Europe, which was very considerate added an extra homey touch!

This was our 3rd time. Its a great hotel! We hit a snag and Ronit helped us above and beyond. We left more then pleased!!! The room, breakfast and service were all 5 Star! Thank you guys! Great job Leonardo!

My sisters and I were on vacation and we were looking for a full Israeli delicious breakfast spread. We were so happy we chose the Leonardo Plaza centrally located near town. The food and service was excellent and we would definitely come again!
