So So in Jerusalem

Room was nice overall, but no cable TV working and the mechanism that controls the heat/AC was not working either. If either of these systems are actually functional, we could not figure it out. Lastly, the requested form of communication between myself and the property was poor. I sent email and texts with pertinent information and never received any response. There is nobody to check out with. I’m not sure if my pictures of passport and blue card were received as they are required to avoid some local tax

The property is clean. NO parking space available!! If you want a parking space - it costs extra. There are other apartments in Jtower that offer free parking with the apartment, so if you have a car - this might not be the best choice for you. The sofa in the living room opens to a twin-size bed, might not be suitable for large couples. All other things were great. the wifi worked perfectly and the toilet was clean.

It is a gret apartment though, It was horable customer service and no communication. Even though i adked two day priopr on my late check out anf i have been advised they will check anf bever replay after. I have been forced to check out earley and has no place to stay until my glight.

This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment was absolutely stunning! The views from the apartment are incredible and we all loved standing outside on balcony and views of all of Jerusalem. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. Gorgeous!!!!

Expedia and the owner failed us. We arrived at the property but no one knew what unit was " confirmed". We spent 2 1/2 hours in the lobby trying to figure out where to go. Eventually the person, I guess came and gave us a key to a unit. We were not given a wifi code, tv explained or really any instructions. Did not even know his name. We had to go to the front desk and find out his name and a phone number. The building is beautiful and the apartment was nice but we did not get full usage because we received no orientation to the property other than how to turn on the shower heat.

Nice place, horrible stay

I can say that the property is in a great location next to the Shouk. It is also a nice, new building and is furnished cleanly and simply. There were a few not so great things. It was impossible to reach someone before our arrival (no one answered Whatsapp number). This is not a hotel, there is no desk. Upon our arrival, the building was unlocked and there is no doorman or security (description says front door is closed with a code). We arrived to the unit and there was no AC, weather being 101 degrees Farenheit. We were told it could not be fixed for 3 nights due to Shabbat holiday, or move and move back again once fixed. There should have been someone able to fix it, and we shouldn't have been this inconvenienced for their issue. Arriving after a 12 hour flight, to another time zone, to a boiling hot apartment where we could not sleep for 2 days, really set our trip off to a terrible start. No concessions, refunds, etc, were made.

JTowers - Great apartments

J Towers is a great place to stay Its in the best location Our apartment was very clean and modern One thing I didnt like was is that there is noone to help with aircon if you have a problem or if you need extra towels or we wanted to know where the parking - We had to call the owner everytime which was a real pain!!!!

Great location, great property

Everything was great except for the fact that the apartment floor was far too dirty/dusty. Seriously in need of a good mopping/vacuuming. Other than that, fabulous location and a sleek, nice property.

The check-in was after hours and David was on the phone guiding through the process until we got in the apartment. The apartment itself is clean and had a view of Jaffa street. The location is great, close to Yehuda market. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distances. We also discovered a children’s playground within 6 minutes walk. The downstairs of the building is still under construction but that didn’t affect us in any way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
