very disappointing as I was told there would be parking and there wasn't I was charged tax even though I have an American passport I didn't get my room that I specifically asked for and told me that they had then they had to change me rooms it was already night time I came to relax and ended up being aggravated I actually was ready to leave and go to different hotel but it was later ready and I was so tired I came in for a wedding so I had to go to the wedding even though I came to the hotel to sleep first

The staff are great, we love the hotel and have stayed there multiple times. However, on this occasion we noticed that the room was not so clean. There was a lot of dust on the floor near the window area so one day I dropped a used bath towel on the floor in that area so that the cleaners will see the dust when they pick up the towel…they made up the room but left the used towel (and dust) on the floor! Other than that it was a good stay, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and we will be booking a stay again next time!

Beautiful hotel. Nice lobby. Check in didn’t go well- we came to property at 10:30 am to put our name on a list for early check in and leave our bags. Ultimately, we couldn’t access our room until after the 3 pm check in time which had us running late for a commitment. The TV in the room don’t work unless you use your phone to screencast. They came and tried to fix it, but this was all we could work. Not a big deal when you’re at a hotel surrounded by loads of things to do, but inconvenient if you want to watch TV! Overall a few hiccups, but would give it another shot
