great hotel stayed there in the past, the people working there are nasty and unhelpful !!
Staff was great -- room was small but the amenities all worked well. Hotel was crowded as well.
We were so comfortable at the Dan Panorama (in a renovated wing room — called Deluxe rather than the older rooms called Superior) we extended our stay. When they finish upgrading all of the rooms (they are working in 6 month tranches to get to the all) it will be a total remake. Friendly and attentive staff at the front desk and bellman services
Excellent hotel with friendly and professional staff. The rooms in the new wing are modernized and excellent. The older rooms are being updated in traunches. The new rooms are called “Deluxe” and are only slightly more expensive than the older “Superior” rooms (which have a dated look). Well worth it for the upgrade. Location is outstanding. Highly recommended.
A comfortable, convenient hotel with excellent amenities, easy walking distance to the Old City and other destinations.
the rooms are newly renovated, very pleasant staff
Good helpful people.perfect location.friendly .clean premises
Excellent, very good I will came back nice people, enjoyed
We were in Jerusalem for only a few days during Passover and had a very nice experience at the Dan Panorama. We were in a newly renovated room so everything was brand new. A wide variety of food was offered at the breakfast buffet . Throughout Israel, kosher for Passover food is much more edible than in the U.S. so we found plenty of things to eat. We had Shabbat dinner at the hotel which, although not cheap, was also enjoyable. The Dan Panorama is located one block over from the King David so it's situated in a great area with easy walking access to just about anything you want to go in Jerusalem.
Where there from five stars of this hotel comes from ? Reception very poor. Lack of respect to all what we paid for. Our booking was for nothing. Rooms are given on bases GRAB WHAT YOU GOT OR LOOK DIFFERENT HOTEL. Food tasteless but expensive.
Great place, nice furnishings - tasteful, comfortable and pleasant.
This hotel is perfect place to let you feel stupid. If you don't have to stay there. Look elsewhere. Big ripoff .....
Everything was very nice, especially the breakfast! Location can't be beat.
Room was very nice. Free parking is a bouns. No concierge and front desk provided incorrect information about restaurants (location, reservation policy) twice
I would not call this a four star hotel. The amenities may warrant the rating, but the quality and comfort are sorely lacking.
The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly and made the stay very enjoyable... the rooms were not luxurious but adequate and I would consider staying there again on my next visit...
An excellent breakfast included. Most important is it's location. An easy walk to Old Jerusalem. Glad we stayed here.
Visiting family. Great location, comfy rooms, good service and an excellent Israeli style hotel breakfast.
Hotel was unable to accommodate meals for myself and invited guests on Saturday. They claim to have been overbooked and we were therefore obligated to make arrangements at a different hotel.
