Excellent location (near First Station). Staff was 100% helpful and friendly on our one-night visit. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and modern-looking.

Your room service was horrible they never showed up, you restaurant staff doesn’t know what a continental breakfast is .checkin staff didn’t know about my continental breakfast was free in my room

Great location. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend to friends.

A my arrival i ask for a room with a View out to the old city one of the reason to choice the hotel but was told it is only upgraded rooms . It was not mention during my reservation :(. i got a room with a view out to a parking lot. After some complained and one hour waiting the room was changed to a room with a view to the new Jerusalem. The hotel is nice have a small restaurant and nice sitting area the room is clean and nice . a small problem is that there are many stairs to go up and down to get to the room , can be difficult with luggage.

Nice location, walking distance to Jaffa Gate and block from first station, old train with diverse eating options. Awesome city views from rooftop deck. Very expansive breakfast buffet with many options. Front desk very helpful arranging airport transportation. Some rooms like mine came with great view of historic Jerusalem. Highly recommended to anybody visiting Jerusalem. Even bathrooms come with great views!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, convient location. .

Great Hotel, the location is excellent. The staff especially the restaurant staff was excellent. There are no emenities other than a very small gym and a Sun deck with a breathtaking view. I stayed in a room with 2 kids and The room was very small not enough room to even open 2 suitcases at the same time.

We had a lovely stay in the Dan Boutique Hotel. The decor, though not entirely current everywhere was ALMOST current everywhere. (It looked like it had been renevated around ten years ago.) There were a lot of nice design details and both the private rooms and the common areas were pleasant to be in and furnished/designed nicely. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and versatile enough to accommodate our family for various situations (sleeping, hanging out and playing, picnicing, etc.) The cold drinks available continuously in the lobby were a nice touch. The air conditioning in the room was definitely strong enough despite the intense heat outdoors. Overall we had a lovely stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Now for the weird things. 1 - The hallway smelled funky. It was kind of like sniffing an airplane. 2 - The bathrooms were not vented to the temperature control, so while our room was a very comfortable temperature, the bathroom was essentially a free sauna. There was a window in there that let in a cool breeze in the evening. We may have been able to include it in the AC had we been willing to leave the door open but we didn't try because of our toddlers. 3 - Not a big deal but it would have been nice if there was a hot water urn available over the Sabbath. There was hot water available but there was a question (for me) as to whether it was previously/continuously heated. Not relevant unless you are Sabbath-observant.

The hotel is clean, staff are helpful. Walking distance to the Old City and German Colony. Great views from the sun deck. The room is a bit small with small windows. So if you want floor to ceiling views from a spacious, open room, this might not be the place for you. We were very happy here and would definitely return.

While the Dan chain likes to think of itself as a 4 - 5 start chain, the Dan Boutique is mediocre (3 star) at best. From the very start to the very ed. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and advised that as the paring lot at the front of the hotel was full (only 4 spaces) to park around the back of the hotel and bring our bags in through the back entrance. OK, sounds good, but not stated was the about 20 step stairs that needed to be negotiated unaided with three 20Kg suitcases. The room itself, allegedly superior had air-conditioning that seemed to have only two modes to work - ON (which was noisy) and OFF which created a stifling room. There was a work-desk in the room, but positioned in a dim part of the room, and when requesting some type of lamp to make business work possible, was told no such lamp is available. When we asked for a better room was advised by the front desk that the hotel was full and room changes were impossible - a patent lie as the room maid later advised that the hotel had about 25 occupancy. Went to breakfast at 8:30am Friday and halfway through my meal was advised by staff that I needed to move to another table so that they could set up for lunch. Come on!!! Would I go back - heck no.

This is a modern hotel very close to the Old City. Breakfast is very, very good and stuff is very helpful. Parking is free! Will stay there again.

In my opinion, this is a 3 star hotel. Nothing special. Rooms are small, towels are worn, fridge does not keep food/drinks cold enough no compartment for ice. The carpet throughout the hotel could be cleaner especially in the hallways. Food in restaurant - limited menu, not very good.

A good hotel with a fair value. Not remarkable, does not deserve a boutique classification

The hotel is very all located, a short walk from the Old City and near the popular German Colony with it's funky restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are tastefully decorated, although a bit small. FREE PARKING was great since we had a rental car, but the cost of their wireless internet was unacceptable, so I would usually go to one of the nearby coffee bars. Definitely a great value, especially after I saw how poorly furnished rooms are at some of the hotels that charge twice as much but are closer to the Mamilla Center. The only negative comment I have is that the lady at the front desk was very arrogant and sarcastic in her answers to our questions, whereas all the other staff were very obliging. Would certainly stay there again.

The hotel was centrally located and only a 15-20 minute walk to the Old City. Surrounded by great restaurants in the German area and having parking it met every one of our needs. The rooms were clean, the service great and the breakfast excellent. We would stay there again without question and highly recommend it to someone who wants to travel to Jerusalem.

Excelent service, very clean and comfertable, great location, safe and secure. Very cozy and well decorated.Free parking.

The hotel is about 15 min walk to the Old City or $8 cab ride. Staff is helpfull and the food is good. Rooms are very modern.

This hotel is very comfortable and very well located, within fairly easy walking distance of the Jaffa Gate of the Old City, and also on a clearly identifiable route. It is near the Cinematheque Center, which means that there is a movie theater/restaurant just down the hill which is very good. The hotel lobby and bar are decorated with flat-screen TVs showing (without sound) experimental animated movies which are fun. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it was certainly nice, modern, and comfortable enough.

Greetings, Thank you for sharing your insights following your stay; feedback such as this enables us to develop our service for the future. It is always our aim to ensure the comfort of all our guests, so a regret if any communication breakdown leads to unexpected complications. While a little too late to rectify for you this time, we apologize for the misunderstanding on this occasion. While it is very popular to do so, there can sometimes be some unintended reservation mistake when booking via a 3rd party website. When a guest reserves this way, it is impossible for us to amend their reservation details ourselves, as much as we would have wanted to help more. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a more overall enjoyable stay and invite you to reserve directly to avoid any complications in the future. Looking forward the opportunity to welcome you back and please do be in touch should I be of any direct assistance, Best Regards, Angelina Pugachov Guest Relations Department
