Comfortable and centrally located in Hoboken
My husband and I stayed for almost 2 weeks. We found the apt very clean, with comfortable seating in the living room, and the bed was also comfortable. The place was quite roomy. The kitchen had just the basics, which was fine for us. The building is an older building, with an elevator. The unit is on the 2nd floor, so it was nice to use the elevator to get our bags up and down.
The building is a block off Washington, so we found it very quiet, but an easy walk to Washington St and all that has to offer.
The host was very responsive when contacted.

Good Location, Old Unit
Location is good. Unit is a couple blocks from a bus stop to get into New York and near the main commercial street in Hoboken. Texted instructions to get into unit arrived shortly before rental started. There weren’t any instructions in the unit for WiFi or for the location of garbage cans or laundry or check-out procedures. I had to text the owner with some basic questions, and he was responsive. Unit is on second floor. Windows by the fire escape weren’t locked when we arrived, and we could not get them to lock. Owner wasn’t going to deal with it until after we left; I asked that it be handled sooner, and he did come by and got them to catch. Building and unit are old and dingy, especially the bathroom. Not a lot of noise from the outside, but the pipes clank and the floors creak. Takes at least several minutes to get hot water in the shower.
