Perfect!

We stayed here for 5 Boro Bike Ride. There is secure parking nearby, good restaurants, good metro access and safe streets to walk. It is clean, and handled 6 adults without feeling cramped, ... 4 in one BR, 2 in the other, no one snored (they would have been put on the couch!) Viktoria is incredibly prompt, getting us back into the apt when, locked out,... AND being extremely gracious about it! It is on a busy street, so there is some noise, but it was not a problem for us, just part of the atmosphere. Loved it, we will try to go back!

Close to Manhattan and Clean.

Apartment was as described. Bathroom a bit to small for a larger group. Small problems in the beginning have been fixed by the owner very fast. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working at all. The pub below was noisy and we had one police situation.

This placed was just right for our family vacation. We were 6 adults and 2 children and there was enough space for us all. The property was clean which was much appreciated. The location was great since it wasn't too far to walk to the Path train station. We had plenty of dining choices all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. 👍👍

Great stay!

The apartment was clean and spacious, and exactly as advertised. We were 4 adults and 4 kids staying in the apartment, and it never felt crowded. The Grove street PATH station is within walking distance, which makes the trip to Manhattan easy. We would definately stay here again!

Great apartment in very convenient location

Overall we were very happy with our experience and the apartment. There were a few things that could have gone smoother but as the host always attended to the issues pretty much straight away I would definitely still highly recommend the apartment for either a large family or likening our case two families.

Clean apartment!

We stayed in this apartment for six nights. It is in a decent location in downtown Jersey City. There is a pub next door and a dive bar across the street. The amenities were nice. The beds were not very comfortable as they are queen size mattresses set on the floor and no box spring or frame for either bed. The loft beds weren’t any better. The street noise is a little much as it is a major cross through to go around traffic as we found out. I was in town to run the NYC marathon and of course Saturday night the bar across the street was full and then a fight broke out around 3 o’clock that morning. I had to get up at 3:30 so it was a little bit of an early wake up call. Before then it was quiet and we felt safe and secure in the apartment. When we did hang out at the apartment we were not able to get the TV to stream. I’m pretty tech savvy and figured it was the wireless card on the TV itself. It was easy to get around in the area as the PATH Grove station is down the way with plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. There is also a great coffee/breakfast shop around the corner on Newark Ave called Gia Gelato and Cafe. They made great food and gave great service. The only other issue was where to put our full trash bags before the trash pick up? There wasn’t a trash bin we could take it to. We enjoyed our stay but would recommend getting more comfortable beds or setting them up with a box frame and frame. Thanks for letting us stay in your apartment and responding to the minor issues that came up quickly.

Very Close to NYC! Clean Apartment! Spacious!

The apartment was very close to the Holland Tunnel which connects Jersey to NYC. We could usually get downtown in about 10 minutes. Viktoria was very nice and allowed us to drop our luggage off early so we didn't have to lug it around in the car all day! The apartment was very clean and had a ton of sleeping room for my family of 7. 2 queen beds with bunks on top. There were some rollaway beds too, but we didn't need them. The kitchen had everything you would need too, but once again we didn't use it either. We did wish that the water pressure in the bathroom was a little stronger. There is plenty of street parking, but you have to pay attention to the signs, or you will get a ticket. They sweep the roads often, but it's amazing how well they look after the sweeper comes by! There are a few bars on the street, but we never heard them from inside the apartment. There was usually a lot of people at them when we came in at night. The apartment has wifi, but it's in and out. I wouldn't depend on it. The tv only has an antenna and very few channels. We could never get the smartv to work so the kids could watch their Netflix. We really weren't there to watch tv anyways, but the kids like to fall asleep to their shows! All in all it's a great apartment, good price, and I would recommend it.
