Overall, a great place physically to stay and in a good area of the city. I felt very safe and was in minutes walk to many food places/the train station. However, the communication with the property was horrendous. I did not receive my check in info until 3:30 the day of. I had to make several calls just to receive this information. They take weeks to respond to a simple question and overall a headache to deal with.

Comfortable space and great location

Overall ambiance of the unit and building was great. Rooms were comfortable, the bed was great, and it was very close to all I needed. Check-in was pretty easy for the most part despite some delayed communication, and somewhat of a passive attitude from one of the people working the front desk, but otherwise it was great and I would stay here again!

Great unit in Jersey City minutes from Liberty State Park & convenient to get into NYC. I was traveling with my six-year-old taking him to the Big Apple for the first time. It was a cold week in New York so we were grateful for having a comfortable home to seek refuge and hang out. Didn't see as many site as I had planned, but he had a great time. Thank you.

Some glitches but a good place to stay overall

Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again.
